This collaboration program between the Center for Food Safety from the University of Georgia and the Instituto de Ciencias oat the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla seeks to provide opportunities for the development of mutual academic and scientific cooperation activities in food safety, as well as the exchange of professors/researchers and graduate students from each institution. The goal of this collaboration is to generate new scientific knowledge on food safety through joint academic and research initiatives, empowered by the international exchange of faculty, staff, and graduate students from both institutions.
